9/22/00- Smith Injures Ankle
Tracy Smith injured her ankle during the volleyball tournament on Saturday 9/16/00. She was assessed by the athletic training staff and allowed to return to the match after she was taped.  She participated the remaineder of the day without incident.  However, on Monday she had developed a good amount of inflammation and was held out of practice.  She began multiple rehabilitation sessions on Monday and Tuesday.  On Tuesday evening she passed a functional test and participated in the conference match against Kean University with her ankle taped.  Tracy went on to lead the team in a win over Kean in 5 games, accumulating 17 Kills.  She will continue rehabilitation focusing on strength and proprioception over the next 2-3 weeks.  This was Tracy's first injury at Stockton in 4 years.
