Stockton Men's Soccer Costa Rica Photo Album
The Stockton men’s soccer team kicked off the 2006 season with a nine-day trip to Costa Rica on August 7-15. The Ospreys played four games against Costa Rican club teams during their stay. They also trained with morning workouts and sampled the local culture with visits to the area beaches and towns. The trip was organized through Costa Rica Soccer Tours.

Head coach Jeff Haines, assistant coaches Jeff Moore and Greg Ruttler and 19 returning players made the trip, which was paid for by the team’s fund-raising efforts. Costa Rica is a Central American nation of over four million people where soccer is the most popular sport.
