The Master of Arts in Instructional Technology offered by The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey is designed to bring the best instructional technologies into both public and corporate curricula. With a strong theoretical foundation, the degree enables graduates to use technology as a tool to enhance learning and training. Based on the philosophy that technology is a tool to enhance learning and training, the curriculum seeks to address “real world” problems using various technologies.  In this ever growing field, the MAIT program will keep you up to date on the newest development of technologies and their enhancement to human performance and learning.  Our program is continuously revised to meet current needs, so that what you learn in our courses can be transferred to your workplace immediately.

The culmination of the program is the final project, which is a real-world application of the skills and knowledge covered in the curriculum. Graduates showcase these projects at the end of every semester, in a special event that celebrates their accomplishments and allows them to share their expertise with the community.  By the end of the program, each student will take way valuable knowledge and skills that will prepare them for future endeavors and enhance their career.  Each student’s efforts over the course of the program will be showcased in the form of an e-portfolio.
