Ticket Refund FAQ's

Woodstockton X - April 24, 2020

The concert is being cancelled as a preventative measure in accordance with state guidelines. The University continues to take a number of precautionary measures to keep our community healthy. For specific information on the University’s response, visit stockton.edu.

With the uncertainty of COVID-19, the University cannot confidently pursue a Fall 2020 postponement date.

  • Stockton faculty, staff, alumni, and students can expect to receive an automatic refund on or about May 1. If tickets were purchased using a credit card, an automatic refund transaction will be processed back to that card. Those who purchased tickets using Osprey Cash or Cash and have Direct Deposit already established, will receive an automatic refund to that account. If Direct Deposit has not been established, a refund check will be issued and sent to the mailing address listed in Banner. (To change an address, students  and alumni should visit the Office of the Registrar and Faculty and Staff should visit the Office of Human Resources.  
  • General public who purchased tickets using a credit card can expect an automatic refund transaction to be processed back to their card on or about May 1. Tickets purchased through cash sales may receive a refund at the Campus Center Information Desk when operations resume. Ticket(s) must be presented for a refund if purchased by cash sale.

The Campus Center Information Desk, managed by the Office of Event Services and Campus Center Operations was the only official seller of Woodstockton X Concert Tickets. Refunds will be issued according to the instructions above.

It is our intention to resume normal protocols for executing the next Woodstockton Concert once the 2020-2021 academic year begins.

 

Choosing the artist is contingent upon results from the genre and artist surveys sent out in the fall to all students, so make sure you vote! It is possible that the next concert could feature A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, but securing the artist depends on availability and other negotiating factors.

Grad Send Off Events

Stockton students can expect to receive an automatic refund on or about May 1st. Questions may be directed to campuscenter@stockton.edu.

  • If tickets were purchased using a credit card, an automatic refund transaction will be processed back to that card.
  • Those who purchased tickets using Osprey Cash or Cash and have Direct Deposit already established, will receive an automatic refund to that account. If Direct Deposit has not been established, a refund check will be issued and sent to the mailing address listed in Banner. (For information on changing an address, visit the Office of the Registrar.)
The Campus Center Information Desk, managed by the Office of Event Services and Campus Center Operations was the only official seller of Grad Send Off Tickets. Refunds will be issued according to the instructions above.
