Faculty & Staff
The Care & Community Standards Office has developed services to maintain a university environment to promote academic success, protects the rights of all members of the university community, provides interventions for the resolution of conflict, and creates opportunities for individual growth and development. Faculty and staff can discover resources to address student concerns in and out of the classroom below.
Services Provided by the Care & Community Standards Office:
- Adjudicate Code of Conduct Complaints (file a complaint)
- Facilitate mediations (request a mediation)
- Early Alert notification
- Oversee the Care Team (submit a concern)
- Consult with staff and faculty for addressing student concerns
- Present workshops or trainings for classes, student organizations, or other programs as requested
- Classroom disruption assistance (Classroom Disruption Protocol)
- Navigate accommodations for pregnant/parenting students (resource guide)
- Working collaboratively with the Learning Access Program
- Assisting student through death in the family (Course Attendance Policy)
