How to Make Beer

Learn to make beer at home with our 3-hour interactive workshop taught by local expert Eric Schmehl, Owner of Fermented Food & Beverage Supply Shop and Vice President of Brew Jersey Homebrew Club. This course will feature step-by-step instructions on the process of brewing beer at home, an overview of supplies and materials required to brew, walk through of the bottling process, and safety protocol. During the workshop, an educational beer tasting will be conducted to show outcomes when changing variables in the beer making process. This workshop will be held in a secure location outside and has a pre-scheduled rain date of Thursday, October 24, 2019. All participants must be 21 or older to register, and ID will be verified at the event.

How to Make Wine

Learn to make red wine at home with our 3-hour interactive workshop taught by local winemaker Scott Quarella of Bellview Winery, Landisville, NJ. This course will feature step-by-step instructions of the process of home-based wine creation, supplies and materials required, the bottling process, and safety protocol. During the workshop, an educational wine tasting will be conducted to show the differences in wine through the aging process. All participants must be 21 or older to register, and ID will be verified at the event.
