Shawn Grigus is a founding member & current President of the South Jersey Wine & Ale Trail. He is also the owner of former Tap It Homebrew Supply Club and co-owner & Brewmaster
of Tomfoolery Brewing Company. Shawn received his B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in
Molecular Biology from Temple University and taught classes at Temple and Stockton
University. He is an award winning homebrewer, former Board Member of New Jersey Brewers
Association and former test engineer at the Department of Homeland Security, Science
& Technology Division. Shawn is also Serv-Safe Alcohol Certified, Serv-Safe Food Manager
Certified, a member of AHA (American Homebrewer’s Association) and BA (Brewers Association).
Mark Ganter is the owner of Little Water Distillery which is a craft distillery located in the
heart of prohibition-unfriendly Atlantic City. Little Water Distillery produces small
batch rum, vodka, whiskey and other artisan spirits for thirsty souls in the Garden
State and beyond. They offer educational tours and tastings at their facility along
with a variety of special events throughout the year.
