The Craving Mind Retreat

Meditation Retreat

A great way to begin the new year!

“The Craving Mind”

In this one day retreat we will be learning and practicing mindfulness meditation also called insight meditation. Through the practice of mindfulness we gain insight into the present moment experience. One of the Insights we may discover is the experience of dissatisfaction and suffering and the role craving plays in that. Craving in the extreme becomes the obsessive and compulsive drive of addiction. Through this practice you may learn to loosen the grip of craving and find the peace and happiness and freedom that goes with that. Open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Bring a lunch.
