Stockton University Greek Council is the programming and representative body for all fraternities and sororities recognized on campus. Each member organization, however, is a part of its own governing council dependant on their inter/national affiliation.
The Panhellenic Council (CPH) at Stockton University is the programming and governing board for Stockton's five National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) chapters.The council consists of over 500 sorority women and is responsible for promoting positive relations between sororities, coordinating council-wide activities, formal recruitment, and informal recruitment.

The Interfraternity Council (IFC) at Stockton University is the programming and governing board for several of Stockton's social men's Greek-letter organizations. Consisting of several elected executive chairs and one representative of each respective fraternity, the council coordinates recruitment activities, motivates academic achievement, and promotes a set of standards for its member organizations.

The Unified Cultural Greek Council (UCGC) at Stockton University is the programming and governing board for six of Stockton's fraternities and sororities, encompassing culturally-based member organizations of the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations, National Multiculural Greek Council, and National APIA Panhellenic Association. The council's purpose is to inspire culture, support, and unity among its members, the Greek community, and University.
