Transfer Track- Friday, January 12, 2018
Transfer students have a special one day track designed just for them during Welcome Week held on Friday, January 12th.  Transfer students are encouraged to attend all other events taking place during the week but are expected to attend the one day track that Friday.

Students over the age of 25 often have unique needs that other students do not. This program is offered by invitation only to cover the essentials for academic success for your unique community.  Come meet with representatives from the Center for Academic Advising and the Career Center to learn how we can support you and address your needs.  Representatives from Commuters on the Go, Computer Services, Student Development and many more offices will be present as well. If your attendance is impacted by child care needs, you are welcome to bring them along.  Refreshments will be served.

By attending this program you need not attend the other mandatory Welcome Week programs that are scheduled for new students, however, you are more than welcome to participate in all programs that are scheduled.

This program is by invitation only.  Invitations will be emailed to eligble students via their Stockton email acocunt by the end of July.
The 2018 schedule will be posted at the end of December for January and in May for September.  You will need to load an applicaiton to your smart device called "Orientation App."  Once you have loaded the application search for Stockton University and then click on the track that pertains to you.
Groups have been assigned according to your residence or status at the institution. At Orientation you will be shown how to load Orientation App, our schedule ap, to view your specific itinerary.  In addition, you will be assigned an upper-class student member of T.A.L.O.N.S. and an R.A. who have been trained to guide you through the Welcome Week programs and answer any questions you may have before starting class.

Attendance at Passport Events is tracked and tabulated by swiping your Stockton ID Card. If you attend ALL marked Passport Events you will receive a free Stockton Stadium Blanket at the end of Welcome Week. 

 

Residential Students will receive their ID at housing check in.  Commuter students will need to pick up their ID card the first day Welcome Week.  Times and location are located in the on Involvio schedule.  Students that do not pick up their ID during Welcome Week can get their ID from Student Records located on the second floor of the Campus Center.
Students may send an email to welcomeweek@stockton.edu with their name, Z number and reason for not attending. Students who are not in attendance will have their information sent to the respective office coordinating the event and that office will follow up accordingly.
Yes, all new students need to attend Welcome Week. There are specific tracks for both commuters and transfer students. Please refer to the "Orientation Ap" schedule for times and locations.
Yes, however, there is a special program designed for students 25 years of age and over. This program is by email invitation only and supersedes all other Welcome Week programs.
Yes, the shuttle schedule is posted in Involvio and will also be posted in the entrance areas of these residential facilities.
