TALONS has brought me to a new level. I was exposed to so many new opportunities and I felt like Stockton truly became my home after being in the TALONS position.

TALONS has helped me grow as a first-gen student that simply wanted to come get a degree and do nothing else. It has pushed me to get more involved on campus, strengthen my public speaking skills, boosted my confidence, and taught me so many lessons and memories that I will forever remeber once I leave Stockton.

The TALONS position has propelled me with the confidence to pursue student leadership positions that I would not have previously pursued had I not been a TALONS. Through student mentorship I learned a lot about the person I wanted to be for others and the traits I have that are worthy of showcasing to future employers and leadership positions. Not only that, but the sense of community was unreal!
