Mailroom FAQ
Below is a sample of how to format your address on packages and mail.

A: Box numbers assignments will be e-mailed out to all on-campus students in their room assignment letter a few weeks prior to start of school. Box numbers will also be available for students to view via the GoPortal.
A: Instructions for your mailbox combination are as follows:
- Turn left 4 times and stop at 1st number
- Turn right and pass the 1st number once and stop at 2nd number
- Turn left and stop at 3rd number
- Turn right and pull to open
- Turn left after closing the mailbox to reset the lock
A: When the package arrives, it is scanned and a confirmation email is sent to the student’s Stockton email address which includes the zone that the package is in at the mail window for pickup.
A: Please bring your student ID or another photo ID and the zone number from the e-mail when attempting to retrieve packages from the mailroom.
A: No, but books of stamps are available for purchase in the Campus Center bookstore.
A: No, but supplies such as standard and padded envelopes are available for purchase in the bookstore across the hall from us in Lower F Wing
Students can send out anything that has a prepaid label on it.
We can take USPS, UPS, FED-EX and DHL (prepaid)
We cannot take any package over 13 ounces with stamps on it by law.
A: Yes, as long as the student lives on campus, but they have to have a way of transporting the item to their room.
A: Mail is picked up from the city post office at 9:30am M-F and mail services starts sorting the mail soon after.
A: Fedex and UPS do not have a set time for deliveries. They come various times throughout the day.
