2nd District Congressional Debate to Be Televised Live

Galloway, N.J. - A debate on the Stockton University campus between major-party candidates in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District in October will be broadcast live by SNJ Today on WACP channel 4.

SNJ Today, the Millville-based media company, has joined the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at Stockton University and The Press of Atlantic City as cosponsors of the debate.

The forum will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2018. Democrat Jeff Van Drew and Republican Seth Grossman will square off on the stage of the Campus Center Theater on the Stockton campus. The event is open to the public.

In addition to the SNJ Today broadcast, the debate will be livestreamed and available for viewing on the Stockton and The Press of Atlantic City websites.

Doors open at 5 p.m.  Because the event is being broadcast live, participants must be in their seats by 5:45 p.m. Latecomers will be able to watch the livestreamed debate in the Campus Center Event Room.
