  • All tickets purchased over the phone or online must be charged to MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express; tickets will not be held without payment.
  • All sales are final. There are no refunds. We will consider exchanges that are 24 hours prior to the date on the original tickets.
  • A current address and phone number are required when purchasing a ticket.
  • Checks may be made payable to the Stockton Performing Arts Center or Stockton PAC. There will be a $40 service fee on any returned checks.
  • Tickets may be returned as a tax-deductible contribution to the Stockton Performing Arts Center. The box office must receive returned tickets no later than the performance time printed on the ticket. A letter acknowledging the contribution will be sent.
  • Tickets purchased via mail or phone will be mailed. Online purchases may be printed at home. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. All tickets purchased less than 10 business days prior to the performance will be held at will call. Patrons should be prepared to present identification when picking up tickets charged by phone, mail, or online.
  • As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. All persons must have a ticket (except babes in arms).
  • Please advise box office staff, prior to purchasing tickets, when special seating is required (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.) or if listening assistive devices or large print programs are required.
  • Lost or stolen tickets that have been paid for with credit card or check may be replaced by calling the box office. Reprinted tickets will override original tickets; an ID will be required to pick up reprinted tickets. Reprinted tickets may only be picked up one hour prior to performance.
  • Patrons wishing to be seated together must order at the same time.
  • Latecomers to performances will be seated at the discretion of the management at a suitable break in the performance.
