Greetings Stockton University Class of 2020!
We are excited to announce plans to hold our 2020 Commencement Ceremonies on Friday, October 23, 2020, at the Galloway Campus.
Due to current physical distancing guidelines and state-mandated capacity limits (maximum
500) the University will offer multiple ceremonies. The deadline to RSVP for the ceremony has passed.

An outdoor setting for up to 150 graduates will include Baccalaureate, Masters and Doctoral graduates. Each graduate will be seated six feet apart.
Limit of two guests per graduate (includes children seated on laps or in strollers). The two guest tickets have been distributed electronically from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address already provided in the participation registration form. Graduates should continue to monitor their email accounts (checking the junk mail folder as appropriate). The graduate is responsible for distributing the electronic tickets to the guests. Only two guests will be permitted to enter the ceremony site using the guest tickets. Guest tickets will be scanned at entry with a limit of one scan per ticket. Guests can either print the ticket or display the scan code on an electronic device. It is suggested that guests download and save a screenshot of their tickets to their device before arriving on campus. Guests will be seated individually or in household pairs, six feet apart from other guests.
Approximate 45 minute program duration including graduates being recognized crossing the stage. Due to physical distancing requirements, Doctoral and Masters graduates will hood themselves prior to the ceremony.

The Spring 2020 Commencement Ceremonies, scheduled for October 23, 2020, are for graduates who were previously approved to walk in the May 2020 ceremony only.
The deadline to RSVP to participate in the ceremony has passed. Ceremony assignment times have been e-mailed to those who registered to participate by the deadline. Ceremony registration is closed and late requests to participate will not be considered.
