  • Take your photo for your Stockton ID. You can pick up your IDs on Welcome Day (see flyer on the Student Transitions Website).
  • Enjoy light refreshments in the back of the room.

Hear from our current student leaders, review your GoPortal, and learn about the Beginning College Survey of Student Engagement BCSSE, and Q&A.

Academic Planning: Locations assigned by Major

Work with assistant deans, faculty, and academic advising staff to review degree works video, transcripts, and register for classes.

Financial Aid and Bursars: Campus Center - Event Room

  • Review your financial aid awards with Financial Aid Staff. 
  • View your term bill, learn how to make payments, and enroll in a budget plan with Bursar’s staff. 

Residential Life: Campus Center - Meeting Room 5

  • Check in with residential life if you are moving into the resident halls.

  • Participate in a campus tour with the TALONS.
  • Visit the University Bookstore.

Payment Information

Payment for tuition, housing, and meal plans are due Tuesday, January 21, 2020 for new freshmen and transfer students.  If payment is received after this deadline courses are subject to cancellation.

Online Web Check Or Credit Card Payment

  • Log into the go Portal.
  • Select the “Bursars” tab.
  • Select “Make a Payment” in the “My Account” box.
  • Enter the payment amount in the box on the right.
  • Select the Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Submit your web check, credit card payment or apply for a payment plan.
  • You will be charged 2.85% service fee for credit card payments (not Web Checks).

In-person Payment

Visit the Bursars Office located in the Campus Center Suite 202

Immunization Information

Prior to class registration and housing assignments, all matriculated full and part–time undergraduate and graduate students must provide immunization information to meet the University and New Jersey state requirements. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory in order to begin the process of attending the university.

Required Immunizations

All Students:

  • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella–All students must provide vaccination documentation of two doses of measles, one dose of mumps and one dose of rubella vaccine given on or after the student's first birthday. Two MMR’s will be accepted.
  • Hepatitis B–All students must provide documentation of a completed series of three vaccinations or adolescent two dose series of Recombivax (for ages 11-15) against Hepatitis B.

Residential Students:

  • Meningitis-All students who intend to live in college housing must show documentation of vaccination of one dose of the meningitis vaccine received after the age of 11 in addition to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Hepatitis B requirements.

Missing a shot?

Stockton will be offering an Immunization Clinic on the following dates for all students who did not get the vaccines from their Primary Care Physician.

COST: (Insured and Non-Insured Prices Payable by Cash or Check only)

  • Insured Prices - Low or no cost with most insurance plans. Co-Payment amount varies depending on insurance plan. Students must bring insurance card with them to clinic to avoid being charged non-insuredprices
  • Non-Insured Prices - Meningitis $148.99, Hepatitis B $92.99, MMR $106.99

Deadlines

Failure to comply with the requirements listed will prevent registration for classes and/or housing eligibility.

  • General Requirement: Two weeks after enrollment
  • Residential Requirement: Two weeks after housing acceptance
