SCOSA Arts

SCOSA Arts offers hands-on creative opportunities for older adults through art projects, workshops, seasonal Arts Camps, and community art initiatives designed to inspire creativity and social connection.

The Story of SCOSA Arts

From Classroom Project to Community Program

SCOSA Arts began as a student assignment in Gina Maguire's Therapeutic Arts with Older Adults course, where participants created artist biographies and companion art activities for community distribution.

What started as a small educational initiative has grown into a vibrant arts program that connects older adults with opportunities for creativity, learning, and self-expression through a variety of hands-on experiences.

Please note: All guests driving to the Galloway must register their car for each visit.
