U.L.T.R.A. is the Undergraduate Learning, Training, and Awareness Program. The Learning Component provides programs in which specific skills can be acquired. Modules in academic survival and study skills, resume construction, and life-long learning skills are included. The Training Component offers certifications in physical health, wellness and safety. You may choose from a variety of certification courses including: Community First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard Training, Mediation, HIV/AIDS and Sports Medicine. The Awareness Component provides exposure to a vast number of human relation areas and issues. Modules in mental health, human relations, drug and alcohol awareness, communication skills and multicultural issues are included. The Community Service Component provides opportunities for students to engage in Community Service activities on and off campus. The program also facilitates a learning experience for students to connect their community service with academic and life experiences.

Log in to your online U.L.T.R.A. profile to access, edit, and request an official co-curricular transcript. Your co-curricular transcript should include your leadership activities, honors and awards, professional development, participation in student organizations, campus activities, and community service. Items that are already listed on your academic transcript (i.e. Dean's List, Honors Program) will not be included on your co-curricular transcript.

This step should be repeated each semester so your Co-Curricular Transcript accurately represents your experience and involvement on campus. Submit your request for your official Co-Curricular Transcript early, as each transcript must be produced, validated and signed by the Dean of Students.

On the Stockton Calendar of Events, there is a filter on the right hand side to search specifically for U.L.T.R.A. programs. You can also contact the Office of Student Development for assistance.

Yes! Any educational, community service, or training-based program will be considered for U.L.T.R.A. You will need to complete a Co-Curricular Transcript Program Consideration Form and submit it to the Office of Student Development (Campus Center Suite 240). Once your program is approved, please remember to have an U.L.T.R.A. Program Attendance Form available at your event so students who attend can receive U.L.T.R.A. credit. Upon completion of your program, this form must be turned in to the Office of Student Development to ensure participants will receive U.L.T.R.A. credit.

If you are attending an U.L.T.R.A. program on campus, the sponsoring organization should have an U.L.T.R.A. Program Attendance Form available for you to sign in. Once the Office of Student Development receives this attendance list, your co-curricular transcript will be updated to reflect your attendance and participation.

Entries for off-campus activities are accepted, but must be submitted on a Co-Curricular Transcript Program/Project Validation Form. Contact the Office of Student Development at 609-652-4205 with any questions about verifying off-campus involvement.
