Lou Barberio is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Barberio & Rich Financial Services in Linwood, New Jersey. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services field, he offers a broad spectrum of planning strategies for business owners, retirees, professionals and affluent individuals in South Jersey.
Lou specializes in the areas of estate, business, investment* and retirement planning and has a strong dedication to understanding his clients’ lifetime and testamentary financial objectives. Lou has been a retirement course instructor at Stockton University and two local community colleges for several years. In 2016, Lou was humbled to be inducted into the Stockton University Delta Mu Delta Honor Society as an honorary inductee. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Stockton University Foundation.
After graduating from William Paterson University and earning his Bachelor of Arts degree, Lou completed the "Retirement Income Planning" program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; the world’s first collegiate school of business and today the number one ranked Best Business School by U.S. News & World Report.
Outside of his professional passion, Lou spends time coaching youth sports, is a Catechist at St. Gianna Berata Molla Parish and is on the board of various charitable organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City. Lou and his wife Inez have two children and live in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
