The Educational Opportunity Fund program provides students with academic support through a partnership with the Academic Tutoring Centers for Math and Writing. Our students are strongly encouraged to visit the Academic Tutoring centers at least one to two times per week.
The EOF staff counsels students relative to issues pertaining to academic, personal and social nature. Our staff has a long tenure and has consistentlty provided services to close to 400 students that are part of our program. Should students have any questions regarding academic majors or student services we are here to serve you.
Through our partnership with the Career Center, our EOF students have been placed in a variety of engaging Internship and Professional Opportunities. It is our overall goal to graduate students that will take on leadership roles within their respective communities whether they be within the public, private or non-profit sectors. Our students benefit from the one-on-one support from the Career Center staff.
