John O'Hara's Summer

John opened “A Time for Change: Civil Rights in South Jersey” at the African American Heritage Museum of South Jersey (AAHMSJ) on August 4, and it opened on September 28 on campus in the Bjork library.  Here is the Philadelphia Inquirer coverage.

John also published his article, “The Man Who Started the Killings at Kent State: The Myron Pryor Lie Detector Test,” which reveals new evidence in the Kent State/May 4, 1970 shootings of students at Kent State University.  It was published by Routledge/Taylor and Francis in _The Sixties: A Journal of History, Culture and Politics_ 9.2 (2016).  Here is the abstract.
