Diversity & Inclusion
The Chief Officer for Diversity and Inclusion leads the office of Diversity and Inclusion, a newly created office located on campus in WQ 110. The Chief Officer takes a leadership role in advancing and supporting institutional diversity and inclusion efforts across Stockton University, which includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities.
The Chief Officer co-chairs the Committee on Campus Diversity and Inclusive Excellence (CCDIE) that serves as an advisory body to the President and the Chief Officer. Through its working committees, the CCDIE also assists the University in making progress on its aspirational goals contained in the Statement on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
The Chief Officer co-chairs the ADA-Rehabilitation Act Steering Committee that serves to assist the University in its disability, accessibility, and accommodation efforts.
The Chief Officer serves as Stockton’s Ethics Liaison Officer who is responsible for overseeing Stockton’s compliance with New Jersey State Ethics Commission rules and Conflicts of Interest Law.

Inclusion Practices and Approaches
Provides practice approaches and strategies that acknowledge and respect people from diverse backgrounds e.g. sexual orientation, social class, race, color, ethnicity, culture, language, and more.
