Access to Official Transcripts

Request an Official E-transcript

For current and former students. An E-Transcript is a certified .PDF delivered version of your transcript that is retrieved through a secure National Student Clearinghouse website. Students may request that official electronic transcripts be sent to potential employers, graduate schools or other colleges.
Students Prior to 1989: Once a Transcript Conversion has been processed, students may request electronic transcripts directly through the National Student Clearinghouse

Access to Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts can be viewed from within your Stockton GoPortal. Access to your GoPortal account is required. If you do not have access to your GoPortal account contact the IT Help Desk.

Online access to transcripts depends on your student status. Current and graduated students may access transcripts from goStockton, while former students access transcripts through Web Services.

If you do not have access to your GoPortal account you will need to contact the IT Help Desk at 609-652-4309 or HelpDesk@stockton.edu to obtain your login credentials. 

The NJ Department of Education is ONLY accepting electronic documents. Please request electronic transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse

NOTICE: Transcripts prior to 1989 reflect an H-S-N or an A-B-C-D-F grading system, do not include a GPA and are not available online unless a Transcript Conversion has been requested. Once the Transcript Conversion has been processed, the student may request official printed transcripts by following the instructions for former Students or electronic transcripts directly through the National Student Clearinghouse (see above).
