The Office of Event Services and Campus Center Operations strives to support the mission of the University by efficiently and effectively coordinating the seamless execution of campus-wide events and by offering programs and services that promote the Campus Center as an inviting and inclusive environment.

Mask Guidance

All individuals (students, employees, guest visitors, vendors, affiliates, etc.) regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask in indoor public and common areas, such as: hallways, public restrooms, lounges, laundry facilities, the library, computer labs, University shuttles, and dining areas (masks can be removed when eating) unless granted a medical accommodation.

Visitor Registration

Please complete the Visitor Registration prior to your arrival on campus. This includes the Visitor/Attendee Health and Safety Pledge and Parking Registration.

Schedules faciltlies and resources for all campus events including external group rentals. Manages the University's web calendar, TVs and LEDs. Also, coordinates major programs including Grad Finale, Graduate Toast, and Commencement.

Manages the Campus Center facility including venues, lounges, Information Desk, and Game Room. Also provides programs and services such as Get Centered programming, graduate send-off events, and SIBS. Oversees the publication of The Path Yearbook.
